1Member Eligibility Requirements

2Account Registration

• Deposit methods accepted by 0000ff are: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX (including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks). Foreign payment methods are not accepted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account 0000ff within seconds of payment being confirmed by the payment processor. In the rare event that a deposit takes longer, please contact customer support with proof of payment.
• 0000ff does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All deposited funds must come from an account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per request. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the chosen method.
• Your first withdrawal must use the same method as your first deposit. 0000ff reserves the right to request identity verification before approving a first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified amount.
• If you receive a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met in full before any bonus-related balance can be withdrawn.
• 0000ff reserves the right to suspend or decline withdrawal requests suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of the platform's terms.

4Bonuses & Promotions

0000ff offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirement specified for each promotion. This wagering requirement must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.

If an account is terminated for reasons not involving a breach of terms, any valid balance in the account will be returned to the member once all required reviews are complete. If the termination is due to a breach of terms, 0000ff reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance.
